You need this more than anything

You want fitness and good health.

But you really want the end result, not the journey.

The journey is is hard and takes a lot of time.

Ain’t no magic happening

That’s just the BS the goo-roos throw at you to get your attention.

  • Lose 20 lbs of Belly Fat in a Week Doing Nothing
  • Build 6 Pack Abs While You Sleep (good one)
  • Blast Your Gut to Oblivion While Eating Anything You Want

That shyt ain’t working.?In your gut (is that a pun), you know it’s gonna take work. And time. And commitment.

Why can’t you get started?

Maybe you need an accountability partner. The X-spurts all agree an accountability partner is a great?idea. Get someone to feel the pain with you.

Is that what?you need?

Nah. I mean, it’s OK to have a workout partner. But they aren’t?going to do the?work for you.

And in the end,?here is a truth you must understand?:

  • you’re gonna do what you’re gonna do
  • your accountabi?lity partner is gonna do what he’s gonna do
  • your spouse is gonna do what they’re gonna do (like make pasta for dinner or buy cinnamon?rolls for breakfast)
  • your BFF is gonna do what he’s gonna do (like drop over for the game with a case of beer and bags of chips)

In the end, it’s always up to you.

Accountability?partners don’t make you do something you don’t want to do. The reason you’re not motivated is you lack belief. You don’t really believe you can make it happen.

You want it to happen but years of disappointment have convinced you, it’s probably not going to happen.

You simply cannot force yourself to do something??you don’t believe in.

It works like this:

  • Beliefs drive thoughts
  • thoughts drive actions
  • actions get results

So you kinda have a conundrum. How do you start to believe when your life experience has convinced you to not believe?


Logic. Rational thought. Things that make sense.

This is why you scour?the internet?looking for solutions. And it’s why I write these blog posts and send emails.

I want you to see a solution that makes sense to you and gives you hope. Then you can believe in it.

You need belief.

In yourself. In what you’re doing.

You can get what you want. You can acquire?the physique, good health, energy and fun-loving life you desire.

Just get started on the right path.

You know the old saying about a journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step.

Take your first step.

Why will it work for you?

Because your body is a machine honed to perfection by 2 million years of evolution.

And it’s collision with modern life has created a catastrophe of ill-health. You can turn it around though. You can reprogram??your genes to express good health instead of ill health.

And once you start to see results, you’ll be motivated to continue to keep making progress.

You just have to believe first.

And then get started.
