You’re evolving into sickness.
The farther we (humans) advance, the worse it seems to get.
Why are you all puffed up?
How about joint pain, especially in your hands, wrists, and elbows, sometimes in your knees, hips and low back?
What about water retention/edema in your face and ankles?
Any autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, type 1 diabetes or pernicious anemia?
What the hell is going on? What could be causing all these nasty issues?
And what causes inflammation?
Toxins, poisons, irritants.
Like Bread? Crackers? Wheat products? Even the ?super healthy? WHOLE wheat products?
You may be surprised what is causing your health issues. It could be staring you right in the face.
Now you certainly may be a lucky one and not adversely affected by wheat products. But maybe you?re not. Maybe you’re like me.
Read this article and just think about it.
Don?t just say ?Oh I eat bread every day and don?t have any problems.?
Oh really? What about the list at the beginning of this article? Got any of that stuff?
What about bloating and gas? Just because you’ve been farting all your life doesn’t make it normal.
Gas forms from digestive distress. Like eating stuff that doesn’t agree with you.
Here?s my advice. Rather than spending a lot of energy trying to downplay this article and explaining why it doesn’t apply to you, just do this.
Give up all wheat products for 21 to 30 days.
And see what happens. Yea it will be tough.
But you may be amazed at what you notice.
Big Ag Companies are Slimy Bastards
Just watch this video. It?s funny but also very telling.
- Know your enemy.
- Be prepared.
- Don?t be fooled.
Here?s how I handle this. It?s simple.
Don?t eat stuff that needs advertising to sell it.
Just eat real food. Like meat, fish, eggs, veggies and fruit.
No fancy packaging and misleading labels.
Only the crap in boxes and bags use the misleading advertising. Cause they need it.
The prettier the packaging, the more fancy words and endorsements by athletes, the worse the stuff is.
Just go for the things you recognize as something real from nature.
- An apple. Not apple turnovers.
- Fruit. Not fruit juice.
- An egg. Not egg substitute.
- Hamburger. Not a tofu burger for crying out loud.
Stick with Simple.
You’ve heard about blue light from computers and phones and even clock LED?s affecting your circadian rhythm.
I think it?s common knowledge.
This article seems to back it up.
You are designed (evolved) for natural light from the sun and then darkness. Until the next day. That’s how your circadian rhythm works.
Now you get artificial light from everywhere (and at all hours) and it can mess you up.
I read at my desk on my PC mostly. Sometimes I?ll read on my phone. I still like paper books the best.
But I don?t lay in bed and read to fall asleep. So for me, there is a delay between my reading time (on an electronic device) and sleep time. This works for me, I sleep quite well.
My wife reads in bed but she is an old school book reader. But she does mess around on her phone a bit.
What to do?
I just downloaded the f.lux software on my PC just to see if I notice anything. It is a filtering program that softens the light from your computer as the sun goes down. So it tries to minimize the effect of your PC unnatural light and do it in sequence with your time of day (mimic the sun coming up and going down).
I don’t know if it works, but I’m checking it out.
If you’re not sleeping well, you may want to try some of these simple remedies:
- no e-readers before bed
- Use the f.lux software
- Read before bed but not in bed
Good sleep is absolutely imperative to good health
