What do you eat for breakfast?
Start your day strong. Include protein with every meal, especially breakfast.
Protein is highly satiating so you will stay fueled longer. You will be less likely to overeat if you focus on always getting some protein with your meals, including snacks.
Cereal is for kids.
While total calorie consumption is the ultimate reason for your body fat percentage, eating a crappy, carbohydrate laden breakfast like shown in this video, is a sure route to fatness.
