The Group Coaching option is for those that desire additional help from me (Mark aka Old Spartan). You can get all your questions answered so you know exactly what to do and ensure your fat loss happen quickly. The group coaching is done by webinar (offered via Zoom). There are 4 consecutive weeks of webinars and all of them are recorded so you'll get a video file for review after each webinar concludes.
