One on One Coaching

Group Coaching

Group sessions are available when demand is present. Couples or two or more friends can arrange small group coaching sessions. Call to discuss this option.

Other group sessions are available on and off throughout the year. Some options are:

  1. Sofa to Summit - Eight weeks of hiking workouts with increasing difficulty aimed at getting you fit for a mountain peak summit in week 8. From couch potato to experienced hiker in 8 weeks.
  2. Strenuous Saturday - Offered in 4 successive weekly sessions, a workout in outdoor settings from parks to mountains. (not always on Saturdays, can be scheduled on any day that works for the entire group). Get strong and feel awesome without going to the typical gym.
  3. Micro Adventures - New Mexico offers many options for fitness-driven adventure from waterfalls and hot springs to petroglyphs, native american history and unusual geology. Micro Adventures are day trips or weekend outings combining hiking, exploring, camping and fun.
